Luís started his career as a software engineer and shortly evolved to team coordination and management roles. He began working at OutSystems in 2005 when the company had less than 50 employees. After over ten years at OutSystems with several management responsibilities, he decided to establish ITUp with the vision to create a worldwide leading company in OutSystems training.
