At ITUp, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to change careers and start their journey as an OutSystems developer. For the past years, we have noticed that the number of female trainees has decreased over time and we are committed to reversing this trend.
It is you that we want! A young, energetic, hard-working girl who wants her chance to become a developer.
This event is entirely for women, led by our female team, with four women guest speakers!
Ana has been working at ITUp since 2016. With a Master’s degree in Information Systems, she has been an active member of the OutSystems community since 2008.
With a master's degree in Tourism Management and Planning, Ana started her career as an operational manager of tourist accommodation establishments. She has experience in business support, team supervision, and control of operational and management procedures. In 2022 Ana joined ITUp's Operations team.
Débora started her career as an aerospace engineer, but when her social feed showed her coding courses and workshops, it sparked an interest.After some research, she applied to ITUp's Turn Up Boot Camp and completed it in 2022! Once she graduated, she began working at OSQuay.She considers herself a happy, confident female OutSystems Developer.
With a degree in Pharmaceutical sciences and five years as a Ph.D. student at the ITQB, Helena decided to make a career pivot in 2018.She enrolled in ITUp's Turn Up Boot Camp and became an OutSystems Developer. Since then, she has progressed within NTT Data, starting as an OutSystems consultant and working her way up to Lead Engineer.
Laura holds a Cell and Molecular Biology degree and a Master's in Nutritional Phytotechnology for Human Health. After five years of studying hard, Laura decided to pursue her passion for technology and, in 2019, joined the OutSystems community through ITUp's Turn Up Boot Camp. Nowadays, she works as an OutSystems developer in the Netherlands at Linkit.
Vera is a former software developer who became a Developer Advocate, currently leading a Global Developer Advocacy team at OutSystems. She has been involved in the tech industry for over 16 years. For the past six, she has devoted her professional and personal time to connecting, helping, and learning from the Developer Community.
