Instructor
Position Description
We are growing and seeking a Full-Time Instructor to join our team! We are looking for a talented developer interested in training the next generation of OutSystems developers through a rigorous learning experience, both in-person and remotely. Your primary responsibility will be training aspiring and seasoned developers as they pursue a career as OutSystems Professionals. You will actively assist with curriculum development and maintenance. If you are an individual who loves to learn, gets excited about sharing what you know with others, and cares about impacting the tech industry in positive ways, we look forward to meeting you!
Full-Time (8 hours /day)

Responsibilities
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent education
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
- Coding experience with full-stack Web applications
- CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Skills or equivalent Teaching skills certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build successful relationships with students
- Solid understanding of English, both spoken and written (at least level B2 of the CEFR required)
- Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) the use of instructional technology and online teaching tools
- Passion for learning and teaching
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and great sense of responsibility
- Highly effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and in an ever-changing environment
Preferred
- University-level teaching experience (or the corporate equivalent)
- Knowledge of OutSystems development
- Knowledge of technologies including HTML, Javascript, CSS
- Experience designing/revising curriculum and measuring student performance
