Talent Manager

Position Description

We are growing and seeking a full-time Talent Manager to join our team! We are looking for a talented professional that should help our company find and retain excellent students. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong training brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and students in a high-volume startup atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Participate in employment branding initiatives
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
  • Setting up meetings with clients/prospects
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist both employees and students in retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, attend events, and promote the ITUp brand as an outstanding global school


  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build successful relationships with employees, students, and customers (people of technical and non-technical backgrounds)
  • Solid understanding of English, both spoken and written (at least level B2 of the CEFR required)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and great sense of responsibility
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills
  • Work as part of a team and in an ever-changing environment, and act in complex and nuanced situations with tact and a collaborative mindset


  • CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Skills or equivalent Teaching skills certificate (or the corporate equivalent)
  • Passion for learning and teaching
  • Previous experience hiring, nurturing, and closing talent
  • Previous experience with passive candidate sourcing
  • Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
