Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Adopt procedures to effectively manage training operations and reduce operational costs
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course set up and maintenance, course audits, electronic assessments and completion reports
• Resolve and respond to customer tickets as needed
• Provides administrative support for training operations like communication with Points of Contact, tracking enrollment and attendance among others
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist both employees and students in retention and development

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build successful relationships with employees, students, and customers
• Experience in Google Suite products including Docs, Sheets, Slides and Gmail, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software
• Solid understanding of English, both spoken and written (at least level B2 of the CEFR required)
• Must be available to work onsite
